The Tools
I've studied many different healing modalities, and may draw from any of them. These tools are carefully chosen and intuitively guided in each session to support your unique path to transformation.
Clinical Hypnotherapy - Guided imagery, direct hypnotic suggestion, visualization.
EFT - Emotional freedom technique 'tapping' - a form of acupressure to release negative emotions.
Energy-healing - During hypnosis, I may incorporate elevated energies and healing frequencies through imagery.
Rapid Resolution Therapy - A form of clinical hypnosis that speaks to your unconscious mind through symbols.
