What is your goal for hypnotherapy? How would you ideally think, feel, and behave in a way that's different from what you're currently experiencing?*

Which package would you be interested in? I typically suggest: 6 sessions for one issue; 9 sessions for two, semi-related issues; and 12 for 2 separate issues or more.*

If you'd like to start with the smallest package and see how your results go, you may then choose to purchase one-off sessions for $325 if further support is required.

All sessions are held over zoom. Please acknowledge this and confirm you are comfortable with that format.*

I understand every session is held remotely over zoom - I am comfortable with that format, and have access to a strong internet connection.

What is your ideal start date?

Ideally we will see eachother weekly, or as close to weekly as possible. If you are looking for the fastest results, you can come up to twice a week. I ask you not go beyond 2 weeks between sessions as consistency is key for getting the results you're looking for!

Reinforcement of our sessions will help deliver the best results. I ask clients to listen to the audio from our session at least once a week, on top of our live session. Please let me know if you are willing and able to commit to that.

Yes - I will listen to the audio as frequently as I can!

Yes - I can commit to listening to the 35-40 minute audio at lease once in between sessions

I really won't be able to commit to anything outside of our live session

Once you submit your application, I will review your responses within 1 business day and get back to you, letting you know if I believe we are a good fit to work together.

If I do feel I can support you with your concerns, then I will send you further information about how we will work together, I will send a payment link, and a scheduling link so that we can get started whenever you are ready!
